Steve Carver, Microcomm's patent and trademark counsel, is the Senior Patent Attorney at Carver Patent Law, Ltd. which he founded in 1976. In addition to over twenty-five years experience in Intellectual Property Law and related causes, Dr. Carver earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1969, worked as a broadcast engineer, and is an avid ham radio buff. He earned his JD with Distinction from the University of Missouri in 1974, is a member of the Bar in three states, and was admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 1974.
