Microcomm''s microwave communications circuit and system development laboratory, located just North of Williamsport, PA, includes a wide variety of network and spectrum analyzers, power meters, digital frequency counters, synthesized signal generators, frequency standards, detectors, mixers, amplifiers, attenuators, directional couplers, adapters, and related test hardware and software, operating from VHF through Ku-band. A compact antenna range permits near-field and transition-zone gain and pattern measurements to be performed across the microwave spectrum. The laboratory supports qualitative near-field swept measurements of antenna patterns, as well as more distant measurements beyond the mutual Rayleigh zone.

All Microcomm facilities are fully compliant with all applicable environmental laws and regulations of the US Government, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, County of Lycoming, and Township of Hepburn, with respect to airborne emissions, waterborne effluents, internal and external radiation levels, indoor and outdoor noise, solid and bulk waste disposal practices, recycling, and handling and storage of toxic and hazardous materials.
